Caliper Skins is a patented silicon cover for you tesla calipers. Invented by Tom Beh in California, Caliper Skins allows a non-permanent, no tools required, customization to your Tesla without the hassle.

Although Caliper Skins is the product, we wanted to make sure we positioned the brand on social media that aligned with competitive small businesses and tap into the strong Tesla community.
👯 How do we build community around a product and develop a brand?
Social Media Community
We didn’t want Caliper Skins to be just another Tesla product or gimmick but instead really position the brand as a lifestyle and community of other Tesla lovers. To do this we needed to be transparent, honest, and a little silly.
We heavily invested in UGC to build trust and start developing a presence in the community, specifically individuals that aren’t too car crazy but would still like to stand out in the sea of California Teslas.
We also made sure to involve our founder, Tom, and team members as much as possible. As a small business, it is critical to show the behind the scenes and incorporate the human aspect as much as possible.
Results
It is understandable that as a business you want to make as much as possible. However, without building community now a days, it’ll be impossible to stay long term and profitable.
So by focusing on quality content and consistent community engagement, Caliper Skins is setting a foundation that will keep them reliable and confident to potential customers.
We were able to see immediate results through our content within the first two days of launching.
